Your file is provisional until we verify your identity.
You can book appointments and request home collection now. Your identity is completed at your first branch visit, and your file is never merged with another automatically.
If the code does not arrive
Visit any branch with your ID, or contact the laboratory. We do not change an account’s mobile number remotely.
And if your file carries a registered email, that is an accepted recovery route.
